Keith Adams

Non Executive Director

Friendly, funny and attentive, Keith has built a career out of understanding the needs and wants of clients. As our Non Executive Director, he is in his element when holding us to account for developing meaningful relationships with clients.

The most important aspect of business is the human element, and it is often the most overlooked.

Relationships are critical to business success because ultimately, business is a transaction between two people.

I firmly believe that you have to keep things simple and give the people what they need/want.

This is the guiding principle of my work as a Non Executive Director at Triumpha, where I work closely with our team to make sure that our clients needs are met through the development and implementation of customised solutions.

It is our goal to understand clients needs, wants, and resources so that we may identify customised solutions and empower clients to take decisive action.

Whilst Client Director at Triumpha, I worked with a wide array of organisations from FTSE 250 and Fortune 500 companies to privately owned organisations and took great pride in our work with amazing charities such as Tate, Royal Liverpool Philharmonic, FACT, Bluecoat, Liverpool Arabic Arts Festival (LAAF) and the Creative Foundation.

Before Triumpha I was in direct field sales roles with Pitney Bowes and Xerox before progressing further within the technology field to more solution based technical sales roles with BT (British Telecom), Thus (Now Vodafone), Virgin Media  & MCI (now Verizon). My focus was to design networks for multi-site global companies using cutting edge optical/ethernet technologies to assist them in creating high availability voice and data networks.

Along the way I achieved numerous technical qualifications including 2 from Cisco (CSA, CCENT) and 3 from Nortel Networks. Over the last 5 years I have secured multiple multi-million pound contracts, collectively worth over £100m, by utilising my particular blend of technical expertise, tenacity and client relationships.

My dedication to developing impactful client relationships supports Triumpha to develop deep synergy with your organisation’s team, resulting in a partnership that gets results.

Outside of work I greatly enjoy spending time with my wonderful family in stunning West Lancashire. When I’m not fishing or reading up on new technology, you can most likely find me cheering on the greatest football club in the world, Liverpool FC.
