Gwen Stirling-Wilkie

Associate Consultant

Gwen is incredibly smart and versatile which allows her to excel at the individual, team and organisation level. She is particularly adept working with large groups where her ability to sense both interpersonal and group dynamics proves invaluable.

You have a building and affirming style which is also both challenging and supportive. Your observations were fast and nerve wrenchingly to the bone and you opened up lots of avenues for us to discuss, in particular the final session helped us to summarise and focus our time. The way you work allowed us to make sense in our own way and was very profound. Working with you as a consultant was wildly beyond my expectations.

Experienced Organisation Development, transformation and culture change consultant who places relationships and dialogue at the heart of my work.

I prefer to build connection before content, and to fully appreciate the context of your situation and the eco-system that surrounds it.
